Operations & Maintenance

  • 24 x 7 BMS operator / Service Engineer on site - Attend to service requests on immediate note
  • Escalate critical problems to the concerned personal
  • Carry out routine maintenance activities as per checklist
  • Perform regular backups and antivirus updates
  • Generate reports as per agreed formats (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
  • Maintain logs of all transactions and service requests
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities
  • Maintain critical inventory and ensure timely replenishment
  • Assist FM (or responsible person) in stabilizing and fine-tuning the BMS system to meet end-user requirements
  • Coordinate with other ELV systems integrated with the BMS
  • Assist relevant teams with HSE and energy audits
  • Ensure material coverage throughout the contract period

Non Compressive AMC

  • Attend to breakdown calls as per established SLA
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance activities as per check list
  • Scheduled Backups / Antivirus updates
  • Generate reports as per PPM and breakdown visit frequency
  • Assist FM or Ops team stabilizing and fine-tuning the BMS system during visits

Compressive AMC

  • Attend to breakdown calls as per established SLA
  • Carry out routine maintenance activities as per check list
  • Scheduled Backups / Antivirus updates
  • Generate reports as per site visit frequency
  • Service requests for break down and predictive maintenance
  • Critical spares management and replenishment of the same
  • Assist FM or Ops team stabilizing and fine-tuning the BMS system during visits
  • Spares are covered during this contracts period.
